To be honest mate I would most probably enter it into working class as I will be driving the car to the shows etc...

I've only had it for a week or two so dont exactly have a polishing regime on it at the mo!

My Dad did a quick job using Zymol polish and it came up lovely but i'm always happy to try something else recommended

Why would you say change the Amber indicators aswell? I'd enter the 'modified' class because of the extra's on the car and more to the point I really like the clears! lol Modernises it abit
