The punishment in NO way fits the crime. The sex offender's list should ONLY have people on it who have committed SERIOUS crimes. What a fucking joke this country's justice system is - compare that with the guy that put the kid in a wheel-chair and then tell me they are of equal merit...

The 5 weeks in prison was MORE than enough to wake the guy up about not doing it again...
