I've had more good experiences with Cossys than bad ones, but then they werent really that old when I got onto them.

I think the problem is that parts can be dear and some people tend to rag the shit out of them and think they can take the stick they gave them without proper maintenace and not realise that every side street garage can accomodate the work or have the knowledge to repair/service them.

Theres so many people out there nowadays that think they can service them themselves and end up fecking the up in a short cut to save money front loaded.

Although in all fairness when people start getting them to stage 3 onwards, things start to wear. If you put against some well known other marque performance cars for pound for pound, then they still come out quite well for maintenace, running bills, insurance, etc, etc

The power is very addicatable, but the money you need to throw at poor maintaned ones is never recoverable ....
