Jim, piper will do you a off off grind with reduced overlap. in kit form its about £250 and will include all the new bits you need and your won't have to give them a cam.
heres the info i got from them..
a turbo cam needs less overlap than a normally aspirated
one. I recommend out BP270 profile ground at a lobe angle of 114 deg. The
cost of this cam is £146.00 + vat or cam kit £249.00 + vat.
