The cossie clutch is physically to large to fit on the zetec flywheel and is also about 17mm thicker. It can't be done unless you use a one off flywheel.

I actually make a flywheel to mate a cossie clutch to a zetec but it is for a rwd format. See fudgeass's resto thread or this months fast ford for details.
