depends what you mean by harrassed, but when i was 20 i broke free from some not so nice elements in my old neighbourhood,, lets just say that i could not show my face on any part of the high street for many years, which considering my girlfriend lived there was difficult and resulting in not so pleasent confrontations, so i felt harrased everytime i visited the place,(usually late at night via taxi )
