If its being towed with 2 wheels off the ground and has no driver it is classed as a trailer. It needs to be displaying the reg mark of the vehicle towing it.

If the loading and unloading does not involve a public road then NO tax (or insurance) is necessary.

We have been through this with so many members in the motorclub and that was the official word from the MSA when they got involved.
