I would go for a decent cardio workout and afterwards if you can manage it some weights. It works for me

I go 3 times a week and spend 1.5-2 hours there at a time.
same as

15 mins bike to start then 15 mins jogger fast walk then 15 mins hand bike then go on the free weights till im shagged

if you dont do cardio mate you,ll get bigger but will be unfit with it
