the later pro alloy coolers are slightly different to allow the fans to be mounted behind the intercooler as i have on my car. Its the pro alloy second genration front mount intercooler. Thats why you are having problems coz logically the fans being behind the intercooler are better. Your water temps are high so the fans blowing directly onto the rad will be cooling a heck of alot better than it is now. You dont really need fans infront of the intercooler as it should get sufficient air from the atmoshphere whilst driving.
