right me dad was messing about with his cossie yesterday. changed the rad an cooler 4 new ones, took dizzy cap off to check all was fine. he put it all back together properly but now when he tries to start it, it takes at least 20 secs of turning over for it to fire, happens when its hot or cold. has anyone ever encounted anything like this, any help would be grateful
