Hi I own a diamond white sapphire cosworth. I thought it would be a good idea to get the rust in the rear ach done over the winter. Took it to the body shop, the chap put a new wheel arch in and did a lovely job. When I picked it up I was very happy. The next day washing and polishing the car I wasn’t so happy!! The rear quarter was a different colour, took the car straight back to the spray shop. In the spray booth it looked fine. The chap explained all about the different shapes of diamond white and paint fade and over polishing over the years. As a good will gesture he agreed to blow in more of the car. I think you no where I am going with this. To cut a long story short, the only part of the car that now hasn’t been painted is the roof. At least it all looks one colour now. An expensinse wheel arch LOL!!!!!!!!
