thinking, why haven't ford ever made a decent MR drive car other then the GT40 and GT?

Well, not one to be put down I think I'll make one of my own once the cabbie is finished as the next project.

So my question is, any know of any gearboxes that would be sutible for a transverse mounted cossie lump?
