I'm after a 2.8i for a bit of weekend fun.

Can anyone recommend a cheap and effective brake change I could do as I hear the standard brakes are useless.

Also, a mate has recommended fitting webber carbs to get better throttle response and a tad more power. Would this be worth doing?

Finally, I've also heard of a device you can fit into the fuel tank to slowly release lead into the fuel, so you can fill the car up with unleaded without any problems. A mate has used one of these devices on his Fiat X1/9 for years and says it's great.

What do you guys think?
