typicall they dont want to do anything to the rear criminals. they just waste are time moaning at us. yet were the ones that waste are time and money getting driving licences and spending stupid amounts of money on insurance, all to get the book thrown at us when we get stopped for speeding!! yet those with nothing at all get £100 and six points on a liscence they haven't even got!!! i could get stopped with nothing once a month and still be in pocket!!!
