you should change that to "who climbed over a persons fence" as i believe that certain member does not make a habit of it and was only doing it in retaliation for said neighbours cats shitting on his lawn.

the owners of cats have no control over the little fuckers and don't come around and scoop the poop that they do. that is worse imo as they'll do it anywhere.
