A bird im seeing at the moment is a single mum and hence elegable to her house from council etc

If i were to be in a serious relationship with her and move in with her, her benefit would obviously stop as i earn a reasonable wage and hence would be expected to support her.

However, whats the story with the middle ground of those two.

If i stay there a couple of nights a week whats the score?

Ie at what point are you classed as "living together" rather than just visiting reguarly?

Is there an acceptable average number of nights per week or something at which point it changes?
