i am 23 stone and 6ft 2, i have been big all my life from as far back as i can remember. i have been eating no shite for years i have 3 set meals a day and thats it...no beer dont smoke... and i still stay the same big size i am...
however i have a low cholesterol level for my size and i can run/walk/ exercise the same as the next person, so ...am i ruining my organs???
im still a big guy, it doesnt limit me in any way other than maybe driving a loltus7 or somthing tiny!
i am very happy with my life, i have a wonderful missus whom im getting married to this year, i have 2 kids 7 and 8...
i have on of the best jobs in the world bar none!!!
