Default Not quite sure if this is a good thing ...

A week today the fuel pump relay died, well the solder had split ... since then I have used the same relay after it was all re-soldered.
Since then my S2 seems to be doing very well on petrol (consuming it)

I usually do about 230miles on a full tank before filling up again (I dont let it get empty, it usually gets to around the last 3rd or quarter) which I have done since getting the car ... but at the moment, my S2 has done about 210 miles with over half the tank still full (or is it under half is empty :P)

Could the relay of improved fuel drinking ?
