thats how its wired but i think my settings are wrong! I had to detect it manually because when I first set up ntl I had it set up with the usb cable, it all went tits up and couldn't set up because of this.

I plugged in the ethernet and managed it without the setup cd but now when the computer turns off, all the lights stay the same on the router but no internet connection is in the air through wireless even though it can be connected to the network
