Does anyone on here use it as ive just had some problems with it

I restarted the PC and a box came up saying you have not connected to a Blueyonder service for the last 30 days and your computer is at risk coz you have no virus protection, click here to validate the account, i clicked it but it wouldnt let me do anything.

I then called Telewest tech support and they says its coz im using a router they cant see the modem and think im not connected even though im using the internet every day.

I disconnected the router and tried it, the PC gaurd is now working fine

Will i need to use another anti virus or what will i do
