Ive driven both, and id say a new ST is fast, not fast enough for me, but quick enough to justify the word.
FRS less so tho, quick, more than just nippy tho, but not as fast (seat of the pants feeling, dingy style ass dyno).
the new ST is no faster than the RS
and you are the first person who has said the ST feels quicker
(i havent cactually driven an ST yet but I know people who have driven both)
