Cambelt and all ancillary belts can be changed for as little as £399. It's only an engine out job if you use the main dealer monkeys. Plenty of specialists around who change the belts with engine in situ.
Very easy to tune a 20VT to 260 bhp and upto 300 with additional cooling, fuel pump and a remap.
