The C/H pressure relief valve needs to go outside and be made so that it is pointing back onto the brick face. This is because if the pressure in the system gets too high it will release, and you dont want boiling hot water shooting across a path/garden ect

The other pipe is the condesing drain.
This needs to be either buried in an appropriate soak away in the ground (Will tell you in the fitting book) or be put into a drain with a sutable inline trap
