To be honest, I sometimes regret buying the Duke, I know I could have had a brand new gixer 1000 for the same money but it just hasn't got the same presence as a duke thundering down the road. I've ridden the old shape gsxr 600 and I'd have to say the 748 would munch it, not to sure about the new one tho. With a chip and cans I've seen a 748 push over 110bhp so there's good power there. It's just the handling I cant seem to get over, I've gone into a couple of corner way to hard, just slam it down and it's so stable, my mate wasn't so fortunate trying to follow me in on his R1 tho
