sounds like you have a small hole/split around the clip, common when the gearbox mounts start to go, it tears the hose, or could be pulling on it.

take it off and have a good look, if you find nothing, just be taking it off and refitting it might sstop it.

worse case, you have a small leak on the rad, what ya wanna do before taking anything off is go for a blast, and pull up and pop bonnet quick and look for any water jetting out from anywhere
