Its not good practice to fit larger capacity injectors if there is no chip, as they will have a higher flow rate. And if you do have a chip, sounds like hes trying to get a bit of crafty cash out of you as the chip will need re-mapping due to the different flow rate the injectors will have.

I have a set of standard blues if that helps you out and you aren't going to upgrade injectors.
