You need to take care here. You might find that you have an air-leak somewhere. If you adjust the boost now to correct the shortfall, then in the future you find a leak and fix it, you will be producing ALOT more boost than the engine can handle.

Best bet is to have a good look over the work that has been done and check for leaks.
