i go to the gym twice a week i do light wieght training and about an hour running and cardio exercise i also work alot on my abdomen, i also have a busy lifestyle as i working the hospital so im up about on my feet all day. im just wondering whether it could be down to me being so stress that its the stress hormone not helping me loose wieght?
