i had the 2 on the right side out.. got it done under general as it was on the healthcare so i wasn't paying for the anaesthetist. hardly hurt at all afterwards, but got me 2 weeks off work! there was a bit of swelling, but as long as you don't try to talk for the first couple of days should go down pretty quick.
