Its recommended to work up to the torque in stages, doing it in one go won't make very even torques, the way i always do it (as per haynes) is

25, then 55, then 90 degrees then 90 degrees again. You dont need to use a dial gauge, if you use a torque wrench you can do it by eye easily.

ivorbiggun: they aren't cap head bolts.......13mm bolts....
