Been approched by a neighbour to sell my car, just wondering what sort of £ i should hit him with?

'93, 74k on the clock, mint condition apart from the problem with the passenger side panel. would love to get my hands on a black or blue one, but don't think i could be bothered with the hassel of lookin again

any advice?
