but check the clutch ratchet. just pull the cable from the bulk head. if the cable comes away from the bulk head the ratchet is ok! make sure the release arm on the side of the box is returning fully to. failing thata it might be a box problem.

3-400 miles??? No way!
The 6 paddle clutch has been in my car 3 years now and done numerous trackdays without a hint of any problem. Have you changed the oil in the box lately?
