I must admit i have fitted one in mine and i haven't started using the car again but it has struck me a little along the lines of......POINT??????

The anti hijack is a bitch, im going to turn mine off but at best all i can do is lock the doors from the remote and the immobiliser will arm after turn off.

Cheaper option, would be a bit of jigery pokery, and u could use your alarms output functions as a turbo timer.........and you will be able to arm and walk away.....
