Ditto.. i get very serious mood swings after Caffeine...
I also found I was dehydrated, and had no energy until Id had my first caffeine of the day. Glad I quit the stuff.
thats a good reason to drink more of it tbh
the coffee machine at work has a MUCH higher caffine rate in it cause when i first started i used to have a 2 coffees in the morning and another 2 at about 9ish and i noticed the caffine buzz then
although i no longer get that buzz anymore,,,,,,, maybe they changed the recipe
