so, basily, it means that if you claim for osmethng they will have lots of reasons not to pay you out unless it is a personal injury, someone dropping over a bit of rope and smashing your car up WILL be covered, because it's a personal injury, but if they have been blown over by some wind or the like your car WON'T be covered
