Well, so far Ive completly removed the engine which took ages as there loads of stuff like aircon in the way and bought a low mileage replacement off of the ebay.

The new one is on the bench getting some arp rod bolts to strengthen the bottom end up then im going to use some 2 litre cams depending on budget.

Then the tricky bits....I'm not 100% sure on the manifold as the plastic standard item is utter pants but the rover 820 one is looking like a possibility. While its all out all the emmision control nonscene is off in the bin and I want to build a megasquirt ECU.
