There is mods yeah, but you can do mods to any car, without the right equipment though you are doing them blind.

At the very least you want to get the basics emissions set up on a CO analyser but there is no guarantee what the fuelling is like at the top end. I wouldnt conisderin boosting until youve had a rolling road set up.....
