Obviously a std policy excludes road racing etc.
EVERYONE with a green card was insured
I spoke to the ring officials after my off and expressed a concern as to wether my insurance company would cover the damage and offered to pay personally on my credit card instead, he said "the ring is a road, your green card covers you on roads, we WILL get the money from your insurance company, you dont need to be inlolved"
So it seems like however the insurance companies try and word the policy there is no way they will get out of their thrid party liability.
As for wether they try and get out of their other liabilities, ie my injuries and the car, i dont know yet.
But from a LEGAL VIEWPOINT (ie third party) everyone who had a greencard there was covered.
Its NOT racing, its NOT a trackday, its NOT a timetrial, its just driving quickly along a road that has some sections with no speed limits.
YOUR A LIABILITY!!!!!!!!! 1ST THE MONDEO, NEXT YOUR BMW, PERHAPS WHEN YOUR MINI IS COMPLETE YOU SHOULD SELL IT TO SOMEONE WHO CAN DRIVE!!!
