It's one of those hijacker trojans I think.

I had one a while back, it takes you to their site in the hope you will purchase the removal tool for it. Slowed my PC right down.

Put a search in Google for - hijackthis. It's a great program for shifting those.

Many sites give you links for free downloads of it and how to use it.
