Oh boy try this...

Did u change/install anything recently?? Does it happen when car is warm? (if happens only when cold try another ICSV)

Follow steps one-by-one and check in this order...

* leaking diaphram dump valve (pull off vacumn hose & check)
* vacumn leak (spray carb cleaner to check)
* install that ECT (good insurance anyway)
* change dist cap & rotor
* change plugs
* when was the fuel filter changed last?
* swap another map sensor/ignition module
* swap coil
* fuel regulator swap
* change leads
* crank sensor swap
