first step mate is exhaust, air filter and up the fuel pressure with a FSE powerboost valve, that should make it rev a bit freerer but its not going to set the world on fire,a lot of people have turboed these engines with great sucess or alternativly mate find your self a 2.0 or 2.3 16valve engine mate from a scorpio with the 2.0 16v you have got 150bhp striaght out of the box
