Hello a mate of mine has a small turbo cos with a ggr chip exhaust and air filter, before this he had a super chip that he didnt like, when the super chip was fitted the guy that did it said the boost sensor on the slam panel had to be disconected

Anyway since then he has fitted the ggr chip and with the boost sensor plugged in it goes off the gauge on boost( still has standard boost gauge) but with it disconected it touches the red and holds there.

So my question is should the sensor be plugged in with the GGR chip and what sould it boost to, and what is it safe to boost to on standard injectors etc.
