good idea but cant see it working really... What if someones cossie goes bang and some contributions are paid... then someone elses RST does the same, and a different amount is contributed.... Some people will get funny that others will benefit more than themselves. Or what if your car is 100% reliable and never benefit!!! I know its voluntary but this needs to be taken into consideration...
