From what I can remember....
0.70mm will give you a smoother idle but may be a little lumpy higher up the rev range.
And 0.55mm-0.65mm will be slightly rougher on idle but perform better higher up the rev range.
From what I've seen they (ford dealer) have installed them as they come, I mean didn't see them check the gap, removed each from the motorcraft box and pluged them
I will have them out tonight and check
