No CPS on an MFI, EFI only.

Check the spark order as Biglee said, although he does it in reverse, i prefer to do it the way the engine spins, the plug at :

12 o'clock is cylinder1
9 ................cylinder 3
6.................cylinder 4
3.................cylinder 2
