Since the new engine went in my ABS pump sounds louder when it primes (and a bit rough actually) and it takes longer to prime from cold.

it also seems to prime itself up more often when driving.

what could cause this? im sure ive seem it before on my old cars but cant for the life of me remember what it was.... lol

ps brakes appear to work fine (not tried ABS tho)
