14.50@96mph with exhaust and filter in the wet.
Add another 75bhp and loose a bit more weight out of the car and hey presto at least a 13.5 imo
for comparison, a nova XE i through together for a competion a couple of years ago ran a high 14 or 15 flat off gas @ 89mph
On gas (no other changes) it ran a 13.3@109.8
that was with a slipping clutch
Im very confident you can lose a second off the DRY time of your car if you are prepared to use 75bhp or more of nitrous.
My friends corsa runs 13.5 off gas and STILL loses over a second on gas to run a 12.2
