i think 13.5 1/4s shouldnt be a problem
Mid 13s sounds reasonable, im afraid i dont know enough about the clutch to comment though, i would expect it to be ok, but i havent tried it as my Integra got stripped by thieves before i ever ran it and anyway it had a non stnadard clutch.
