you can still get the throttle cable and clips new from ford.

The bolts are just 8mm and about 3/4" in length if i remember correctly for the throttle housing cable bracket, you could get em from ford or a DIY store or the like, just check the thread pitch tho.

Bonnet puller, from ford, scrappies or just use pliers
