No, you wont see much improvement or degredation of performance with that amount unless you specifically wantto use it to lengthen the life span by menaing you need less rpm

Wet, dont consider anything else.
I would recomend a wizards of nos kit on such a high CR motor as opposed to a NOS or NX or ZEX etc

See above, but i would look at a 75bhp progressive kit, i see utterly no point in bothering to isntall nitrous for the sake of a poulty 30bhp, its like installing a turbo to run 2psi of boost
